Hulbert House is a beautifully restored Victorian villa dating back to 1888. One of Queenstown’s original residences – a personification of luxury.
Situated just a short walk from Queenstown’s vibrant centre, Hulbert House is imbued with a sense of serenity. Six rooms, each with their own unique decor, offer stunning views overlooking Lake Wakatipu or the Skyline Hill.  There are two categories of suites; The Grand Room which offers Lake Views and Premium Rooms which offer views of the gardens and mountains. The Grand Room is located on the ground floor, while the Premium Rooms are on the ground floor and level one.
Onsite services and facilities include a drying room for skis, snowboards and gear, e-bikes and an outdoor bar/patio.
